The first phase of the 137th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) concluded successfully on April 19, 2025. During the event, our company showcased a new generation of road sweeper SW-III, attracting clients from 39 countries and regions worldwide. Over 60 groups of professional visitors were engaged on-site, validating our target market strategy and collecting critical market data to solidify the foundation for global expansion.
Regional Distribution: Emerging markets dominated client attendance, including South America (29.5%), Africa (18%), Central Asia (18%), and Southeast Asia (14.8%), confirming the growth potential of the Middle East, Central and South America, and Central Asia.
Client Segmentation: Key visitor groups included municipal bidding entities (24.2%), trading companies (27.3%), and end-users (19.7%), covering diverse sectors such as factories, cleaning services, and construction machinery sales, aligning with our target customer profile.
Cleaning Methods: Manual cleaning remains prevalent in developing regions (e.g., Africa, South America), while Southeast Asian and Central Asian countries (e.g., Thailand, Indonesia) are gradually adopting mechanized solutions, signaling an upward trend in market demand.
Engine Preferences: Clients in South America and Africa showed a strong preference for Isuzu engines (70% of inquiries), driven by brand recognition and local parts availability. We will accelerate the optimization and mass production of Isuzu-powered sweeper prototypes.
Prototype Highlights: The sweeper prototypes, featuring high-efficiency performance and innovative designs, drew significant attention, with multiple clients participating in live demonstrations. Interactive video displays and real-time engineering explanations deepened understanding of core functionalities such as sweeping efficiency and energy consumption control. Over 30 actionable feedback points were collected, focusing on exterior finish, waterproofing, and safety enhancements, providing clear directives for future iterations.
Digital Marketing: Livestreams on TikTok and Facebook garnered over 2,000 views, with TikTok peaking at 150 concurrent viewers. This preliminary success highlights the potential of social media for global outreach. Future efforts will prioritize account optimization and timezone-targeted livestreams to amplify brand visibility.
